It looks SOOO much better!
That’s the good news. The bad news is that it is not particularly distinguished work nor how I would prefer to spend my weekend (no, it didn’t take the WHOLE weekend).
My home has tile on the floor throughout most everywhere except the bedrooms. I guess it is a travertine “look” and it has some texture to it. The tile looks great but the cream/white-ish grout was looking pretty bad. I figured it was time to remedy the situation. It took a couple of attempts but I finally hit on a successful process. Spray the grout with Melalucea Tub & Tile, let sit about ten minutes, scrub like crazy with brush, and then mop up the mess.
You can see one grout line is done and the others are the “before” look.
Ya gotta admit – that clean line looks a WHOLE lot better.
This is the ‘oh, my – look how much I have to do’ view….
Seriously, it didn’t take that many hours, looks much better, and gave me a real sense of accomplishment!
