Book: A Million Miles in a Thousand Years

A friend recently recommended the book “A Million Miles in a Thousand Years” by Donald Miller.  I grabbed a copy from Amazon and started reading.

I could not put the book down!  Donald Miller’s writing style is fantastic and the points that he was making were SO on target.

I LOVE THE BOOK and cannot recommend it highly enough!  Sometimes we hear things over and over but the real lesson, the real nugget of truth escapes us.  For whatever reason, maybe a God thing; Donald’s writing, his way of stating things really works for me. It makes sense.  I learned many new things but I also REALLY learned what some things meant that I thought I already understood.

In fact, I loved it so much that I purchased his books “Blue Like Jazz”, “Searching for God Knows What”, and “Through Painted Deserts”.

I am a few chapters into “Searching for God Knows What” and it too is a fantastic book!!
