Ginger Cookie Day

September 15, 2011

Good Old Boat magazine listed a ginger cookie recipe in the Sept/Oct 2011 issue.  Ginger is one of the tips for combating sea-sickness. Ginger anything – ginger ale, ginger snaps, ginger cookies, etc…

I figured that I ought to give it a try.

They turned out great!  Now I need something to offset the pain from being stuffed to the gills with cookies! 🙂
