Mine

March 1, 2012

Wow!  A whole week has shot by since my last post.  It has been a very busy week – I must be having fun. Actually, there is a lot of positive happening and I am VERY thankful.  I have been on a downer for so long – the upswing feels REALLY good.

I don’t want to spill all the beans just yet but a few are ok…

Upon returning to my home, I asked my realtor to withdraw the for sale listing and this was done.  For the first time in two years my home is “mine”. It is not in limbo with the court, it is not under contract for sale – it is simply mine!  I cannot begin to describe how much of a stress relief this has been. Of course, the whole “look” is not mine and I need to change that to really complete the “change”.

So, painting is the first order of business. I’ve been trying to pick new interior colors to make it “feel” like my creation.  What a chore!  I am NOT a right-brained person so colors and decorating simply do not come naturally.  The folks at the paint store tried to help but they really needed to see the house. So, friends to the rescue!!  What awesome people!! 🙂

To date, the following two options are winning. They probably won’t come real well in photos but we’ll give it a shot.
