More Home Sale

January 16, 2012

Amazing!  Remember I told you here that I expected that “they” would require MORE days for the sale of my home?   Well, they do.

A second underwriter has agreed to accept the first appraisal.  YEAH!!Frustration Pulling Hair Out Going Crazy

BUT they want a second appraisal done to validate the first…  WHAT!! Then you are NOT accepting the first one.  Why mince words like this??

SO FRUSTRATING!!!!  Currently, the Fun-to-Suck ratio is very bad.

Even more laughable, the buyer wants to amend their offer to $40,000 less.  Again, WHAT!?!?!?

An appraisal exists stating that the property is worth x dollars and they now want to change their offer to $40k less because their underwriter wants them to spend another $500 for a second appraisal?

Ugh… I dunno.  Can’t wait to disconnect from this craziness and live a far less complicated life.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
