Sad Day

I received news today that a very good friend was killed yesterday in a flying accident.  His name is Mark. We have not lived in the same area for some five years and I have not communicated well during that time. Nonetheless, I miss him and my heart aches for his family.  He was one of those rare guys that was always willing to drop what he was doing to help you, always available, always positive, always full of joy. He was a follower of Christ and I know where he is today.  For that, I am thankful.

John 14:27 – “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
