Irene

I am watching hurricane Irene like the everyone else.  I am not a “news” person – I am not a fan of twenty-four hour per day news and I certainly don’t spend my time sitting around watching it.  However; this tropical storm has captured my attention.  Initially, I was afraid for my boat. Now I am concerned for the many people that are in it’s path. Maybe it is the odd angle that it seems to be taking up the coast (instead of heading directly ashore) that has me worried. I don’t know but I sure hope everyone stays safe.
