The following is video of a recent flight. Most of it was taken southwest of Albuquerque and south of Grants, NM. Key points include Petoch Butte (2:15) and Enchanted Mesa (3:38).
New Mexico offers some spectacular views and these are but a few of them. Of course, in my opinion, our country (the United States) is beautiful ‘from sea to shining sea’ – I love it all!
The Drift HD video camera was mounted on the left wingtip of my Vans RV-3B for this flight. I included a quick shot of the rain shower I flew thru as explanation as to why the video has a splotch in it and to offer proof that it really does rain in New Mexico, occasionally. My apologies for the remains of the rain drop right of center.
